Which is faster, a PNY brand sd card, or a SanDisk Ultra II sd card?
Oh Yeah! The PNY Brand one is 2GB, and the other is only 1GB.

SD Card 1GB XS 133 DA-SD-13U-1024-R SECURE DIGITL DANE MEMORY

Transfer rate up to 60x reading (9MBps) and 38x writing (5.7MBps)

This one is very fast: Type: Compact Flash

    Memory Size: 4 GB

    Write Speed: 45MB/sec

It depends on the specs. It is based on transfer rate of the unit. It is also dependent on the speed of the interface you have. Even with the fastest memory on the market, if the driver device is slower, the faster speed of the device will not matter.
